Juliet Mills starred in the 1966 revival of Lady Windermere's Fan at London's Phoenix Theatre, with Cecil Beaton returning again to handle sets and costumes, as he had done for a prior revival in 1945.

Sheet is uneven. Wear to all four corners. A small tear at center left edge, obscured by mat. A brown droplet stain at lower right, near signature. Tape stains on the reverse. Some scattered notations and a partial small sketch on the reverse. Staining along lower center edge. A surface scratch at center within green dress. Scattered handling marks and creases. Light mat burn.
