Eugene: Toad Press, 1968. Publisher's printed wrappers. 10 3/4 x 8 1/4 inches; [6], 217 pp., plates after photographs, 4 pp. ads at end. Toning, soiling and wear, with a few stains to front cover, chipping and creasing to edges, contents toned, first leaf loose.

The only issue of this Portland, Oregon based poetry magazine curated by Warhol and his artistic associate Gerard Malanga. The "Monster Issue" features work from a wide variety of literary and Factory scene notables, including Andy Warhol himself, Allen Ginsberg, Charles Bukowski, Ted Berrigan, John Ashbury, Joe Brainerd, Frank O'Hara, Lou Reed, John Cale, Nico and Ingrid Superstar.
