New York: Simon and Schuster, [1960]. First printing, inscribed "For Anya and Harold- With love, from Lee and Ira" under which Ira Gershwin has added a small drawing of a bowing figure. Original spiral bound boards, in slipcase. 12 x 9 1/2 inches (31 x 23 cm); 178 pp., illustrated. Cloth spine perished or worn, some wear to slipcase.
