London: Leonard Smithers, 1898. First edition, one of 800 copies on hand-made paper (and 30 on Japan vellum). Mustard cloth covers, cream cloth spine. 8 3/4 x 5 1/4 inches (22 x 13 cm); (iv), 32 ff. Backstrip darkened and a bit soiled, slight soiling to the cloth (which has probably been discreetly cleaned).
