Manuscript survey map in ink and colors on paper. The map is backed and with a blue cloth border. 21 1/2 x 29 1/2 inches (55 x 76 cm). Small losses affecting the image at right, stains and tears, later pencil markings within the image, losses to border.

Plan showing a large section of today's Tribeca neighborhood, bounded by Canal Street, Broad Way, Hudson and Chambers Street, the lands of Anthony Lispenard (1739-1806). This area was laid out as such in the 1790s.
