Two volumes, period calf, rebacked, all edges sprinkled red. 11 3/8 x 8 7/8 inches (29 x 22.5 cm);, [iv], xxviii, 403 pp.; viii, 466, [2] pp. (errata leaf at end of volume 2); with a total of 28 fine plates engraved after Francis Hayman. Binding very neatly rebacked, some light binding wear, toning and occasional spotting as usual. Bookplate of Michael Tomkinson.
