New York & London: Harcourt Brace Jovanovich, [1980]. Stated first edition with the "BCDE" code, inscribed "To Bill [Dugan]/Love/Andy." Publisher's cloth in original dust jacket with signature as noted. 9 1/4 x 6 1/4 inches (24 x 16 cm); 310 pp., plates after photographs. Small loss to upper jacket panel, spine with nick and slight fade, toning to signed leaf; Together with Andy Warhol. Boston and Stockholm: Boston Book and Art Publisher, [1970]. Third edition. Original floral wrappers. 10 1/2 x 8 1/4 inches (27 x 23 cm); photographically illustrated. Some wear to extremities, one leaf detached and laid-in, small puncture to title; Together with a few later publications on Warhol.

Warhol has here inscribed his memoir of the '60s, co-written by Pat Hackett, the editor of his diaries, to Bill Dugan, Halston fashion designer. The monograph here reprints hundreds of fantastic photographs from the Factory Years.
