Each cast as a bird with outspread wings and long tail feathers with curved ends, centering a shade panel representing long geometricized bird feathers, inscribed Albert Cheuret. Height 23 1/4 inches, width 18 inches.

Alabaster replaced and not sitting flush with frame; alabaster is in one piece rather than panels; metal in vintage condition with wear and abrasions as expected; alabaster with scratching along edges where rests in frame; two white discolouration marks (as noted in the images), possibly from the heat of the light bulbs behind each spot
