Amphora Pottery Co. Art Nouveau Glazed Earthenware Vase With Water Plants and Bats
Probably designed by Paul Dachsel, circa 1901-02
Of plant form, with a pierced bulbous mouth formed of overlapping bats and berries, cylindrical neck and bulbous body, molded with stalks, blossoms, leaves, and more bats, in ivory color, heightened with olive-green, impressed company marks on the underside. Height 20 1/2 inches.
