Adhered to mat with two small pieces of tape from top verso corners; light foxing; tiny spot of repair at top center.

*** additional note: according to an old image of the work from 2010, the work had a waterstain in one of the corners (either upper left or lower right, depending on its correct orientation). It has since been restored.
