1937, printed 1976. Gelatin silver print, 19 3/4 x 15 3/4 inches (504 x 400 mm), flush mounted to card, the verso titled, dated and signed by Model, with a notation below in ink: "Printed in 1976 by Gerd Sander, Washington, D.C." Very minor edge wear, a few minor retouchings.
Printed by Gerd Sander, the grandchild of August Sander, a redoubtable photographer and gallerist, and a champion of Model, this is probably from the edition of 25, prepared for the 1976 portfolio.
