Lightstain, matstain and offsetting verso, a few unobtrusive handling creases, a faint pressure mark at the bottom of the sun (mainly discernible verso), an area of almost imperceptible pale discoloration in uninked area top left (offsetting?), a 3/16 inch tear with some associated abrasion and creasing at top sheet edge, some old linen hinge and glue residue with some associated light abrasion and soiling at some sheet edges verso, framed with acrylic.
