Plaque: appears to be in generally good condition; not examined out of frame, however, the back of the plaque is currently fully exposed; the KPM and scepter company mark are impressed on the back of the plaque; the exposed back of the plaque is now soiled in appearance; the corners appear to be in good, undamaged condition; not blacklighted; age: late 19th/early 20th century
