each urn appears to be in generally good, undamaged condition; no defects noted, such as rim chips, hairline cracks, etc.; the only "noteworthy" condition issue noted is that the foot rim edge of each urn has approximately one very tiny, pinhead-size shallow nick, not of any consequence; the gilding appears to be in good condition; there may be scattered areas where there has been gilding touch up or overpainting; each interior appear to be nice and clean; only one urn appears to have an artist signature and a dated, 1869, appears after the signature; each urn is stamped in red with the "N" and Sevres company decorating mark - one is "dated" "69" and the other is "dated" "68"; the green oval cartouche marks are signed/dated "S 65," and "S 68," the stamp marks appear on the interior side of the mouth; there are no marks on the underside; each urn has a gilt-metal collar at the bottom of the mouth that descends a short distance into the body, apparently as made/designed
