plaque: appears to be in generally good, undamaged condition; there are a few scattered areas with light scratch marks to the painted surface, including located at the lower right corner area and to the scarf area; there are also some additional scratch lines across the figure's left hand and garment (left hip area); examined out of frame; all four corners appear to be undamaged; signed on the front side in the lower right corner somewhat illegibly, "C. Crak" (?); impressed KPM and royal scepter factory mark on the back side; not blacklighted
