Plaque: appears to be in generally good condition; not examined out of frame, however, the back of the plaque is currently fully exposed, i.e., no cardboard backing; all four corners and rim edges along the back appear to be in good, undamaged condition; signed on the back with the Meissen blue crossed swords mark, not under glaze (unglazed); the Meissen mark is not canceled; there are some pencil and ink inscriptions, including the title, and an affixed retailer label on the back side of the plaque; not artist-signed; not blacklighted; age: probably late 19th/early 20th century
