[FORE-EDGE PAINTINGS] Group of six volumes, all with fine concealed fore-edge paintings, one double.
Leather bindings, gilt or gilt and blind. Each fore-edge concealed under gilt, the largest volume 6 1/4 x 3 3/4 inches (16 x 10 cm); various paginations. Front and back joints now separated on one work, upper joint on another, else light wear.
The fore-edges include three coaching scenes; an unidentified river view; Abbotsford House; and a double fore-edge of Enfield School and a view of Hampstead from the pond (upper cover detached).
