Philadelphia: G. Hopkins, 1873. Engraved by Edward Busch. Original cloth, nearly defective. 17 x 14 inches (44 x 35 cm); The covers detached, some chips to edges and small losses to corners, the final two maps detached from text block, the covers detached and in need of repair, sold as is; Together with a lithographed map and guide book on Atlantic City. The map: [WOOLMAN, H. C. AND T. F. ROSE]. Atlantic City. [Philadelphia: Woolman & Rose, circa 1878]. Lithographed map with hand-color. 20 x 31 inches (50 x 79 cm). The guide book to Atlantic City dated 1902, in original wrappers and with reproductions after photographs. The map with creases and splits to folds, small losses to edges affecting lettering.
