[PRINTS-BIRDS/BOTANICALS] Group of miscellaneous large framed color botanical and bird prints and graphics.
Includes originals and reproductions, all framed. Bird prints include: Two toucan reproductions after Gould & Richter, being Ramphastos Vitellinus and Ramphastos Citreolaemus, 19 1/2 x 14 in (50 x 36 cm) to the plate marks, with wider margins, bright and fine; a pelican print after Audubon Pelecanus Fuscus, number 852 of 2000 and with a limited edition embossed stamps, 25 x 18 inches (62 x 45 cm), spotting; Botanical/Floral prints include: two indistinctly signed color engravings of potted lillies and begonias, both pencil signed, titled and numbered from editions of 250 & 300, each 24 x 17 inches (61 x 46 cm) to the plate mark, with wider margins; two reproductions of palm tree prints after an 19th century English work, 20 x 12 inches (50 x 30 cm); and three reproductions fern prints after The Ferns of North America, 23 x 17 inches (58 x 43 cm), these in attractive burl wood style frames with purposefully distressed mats. Not examined out of frames and the lot sold as is. The lot 10 frames.
