Disbound pamphlet. 9 x 5 1/2 inches (23 x 14 cm); comprising Parts I & II, part I with a running title [1], 70 pp., part II with a section title on an inserted slip, with running title [2], paginated from 111-206 and with 6 folding tables. The title leaf nearly detached, remnants of old binding to spine, light spotting.

The first part here is devoted to happenings in East and West Florida in the first year the effective Adams-Onis Treaty, including reports from Colonel James Forbes, Spanish King Ferdinand, General Andrew Jackson, etc.
