Oxford: Printed for The Limited Editions Club by the Oxford University Press, 1933. Number 1222 of 1500 sets, printed by John Johnson printer to the University of Oxford and signed by the illustrator John Austen on the colophon. Two volumes. Publisher's cloth gilt, in original dust jackets and slipcase with paper label. 12 x 8 inches (30 x 20 cm); illustrated with color plates. Jacket spines lightened and with a few nicks, the slipcase with old tape repairs and other wear.
