Sheet is hinged to the mat at all four corners. A notation on the reverse reads "Probate List HO 23." Pinholes at lower left and lower right corners. Scattered creases and handling marks throughout. Some harder creases and folds assumed to be original to the work. Two small repaired vertical tears at upper left edge and upper right edge. Some scattered edge wear.
