including: The Dream Department. New York: Random House, 1943. First edition, first printing, humorously inscribed by the author to Sandy Newman, "who first taught me what may very well be my theme song, 'Cooking Urine for the One I Love" on January 14, 1943. Publisher's cloth, dust jacket, in a custom dark brown morocco backed clamshell case. 7 3/4 x 5 1/4 inches (20.25 x 13.25 cm), 209 pp. Light wear, cloth moderately toned, jacket with some rubbing, chips and tears along edges, and one small loss to rear panel, altogether a very nice copy; together with: Baby, it's Cold Inside. New York: Simon and Schuster, 1970. First edition, first printing, signed and inscribed by the author. Publisher's cloth and dust jacket, in a custom orange morocco backed clamshell case. 253 pp. Top edge of cloth lightly faded, jacket with minor wear at head of spine with light toning at spine and along top edge; and: Eastward Ha! New York: Simon and Schuster, 1977. First edition, first printing, signed and inscribed by the author. Publisher's cloth, dust jacket, in a custom red morocco backed clamshell case. 126 pp., with a frontispiece and illustration by Al Hirschfeld. Slight lean to spine, wear to jacket folds and spine, generally a bit scuffed and soiled, a few small chips and tears to edges.

A group of three signed and inscribed first editions by the American humourist author and screenwriter, S. J. Perelman, all in original dust jackets and housed in attractive clamshell cases.
