Number 836 of 1000 copies, the text volume signed in brown ink by Hockney and with the original six-color lithograph signed in pencil housed in the accompanying sleeve. Publisher's blue cloth decorated with a pool motif after Hockney, the full-sheet lithograph in the blue publisher's sleeve of issue, the two volumes housed in the cloth slipcase, retaining the original numbered cardboard box. 10 1/2 x 9 inches (26.5 x 22 cm); the text volume with color and black and white illustrations and photographs, the lithograph, published by Tyler Graphics, Ltd., Mount Kisco, New York, with their blindstamp as issued, 10 1/4 x 8 7/8 inches (26 x 22.5 cm), signed, dated and numbered in pencil by Hockney on the lower margin. The book, and lithograph are in fine condition; the cardboard box is a little time-stained and slightly soiled.
