JACKSON, ANDREW Land grant signed as President.
Washington: 12 March 1829. Partially printed document on vellum with wafer seal accomplished in manuscript and signed in ink "Andrew Jackson" as President, countersigned by the Commissioner of the General Land Office. The document granting lands near Cincinnati to Henry Crowel. 9 1/2 x 15 1/2 inches (24 x 39 cm); matted but without frame. Folds, the ink slightly faded.
