The group includes: Chancery Sale of Valuable Property at Public Auction, by Ant[hon]y. J. Bleecker, on Friday 30th May 1845, at 12 o'clock, at the Merchant's Exchange, under the direction of Stephen Cambreleng, Master in Chancery. [New York]: Miller's Lith., 1845. Lithographed map on paper, linen backed. 18 3/4 x 23 3/4 inches (48 x 60.75 cm). Dust soiling along bottom and right hand edge, a few marginal losses, closed tears and creasing, pencil annotations to recto and ink annotations to backing; together with: Peremptory Sale at Auction of Valuable Building Lots Being part of the Semler Estate by Anty. J. Bleeker on Thursday 10th Dec[embe]r 1846, at 12 o'clock, at the Merchants' Exchange. [New York]: Miller's Lith., 1846. Lithographed map on paper, linen backed. 28 x 24 inches (71.25 x 61 cm). Light soiling, a few stains and some adhered newsprint in the margins, closed edge tears, old folds, a few pencil annotations to recto, ink annotations to verso and backing; and: Map of 117 Valuable Lots to be sold at auction by Anth[on]y J. Bleecker on Wednesday 30th Jan[uar]y 1850 at 10 o'clock at the Merchants' Exchange. [New York]: Miller's Lith. 1850. Lithographed map on paper, linen backed. Dust soiling and minor staining to margins, slightly cockled, old folds, ink bleed from inscription on verso, pencil annotations to recto and ink to backing.
