Circular, with scalloped border, painted with a folkloric scene, possibly after Stella Vengerovskaya, with green underglaze factory mark and blue overglaze hammer, sickle and cog, dated 1923 and numbered 679 A/3. Diameter 10 inches (25.4 cm).
