Stock Certificates of Lincoln Motor Company 1917
Group of thirteen cancelled certificates, of which the first ten are numbered 1 thru 10 and signed by Henry Leland President, numbers 1 & 2 were issued to Henry M Leland for 2000 shares each, the next eight were issued to close relatives and friends, the initial investors, the remaining three #37 with 3 revenue stamps, # 94 issued to W C Leland and #99 again to Henry, eagle motif on pale green background with orange reverse, accompanied by photo-copy of Articles of Association listing these stockholders and the Articles, a great insight into the begining of this iconic automobile company, some minor handling bends, overall very nice.
