Relined; frame rubbing; could use a light cleaning; minor shallow dent in lower left center with 1 1/2 inch line of inpainting and a continuing hairline scratch; small spot of inpainting at upper left; few tiny spots of inpainting in the sky at upper right corner area; may be a few other small scattered spots of restoration around the perimeter of the painting; unable to detect further restoration under UV light.
