Publisher's full brown pebbled morocco tooled in blind, raised bands, spine lettered in gilt, all edges gilt, marbled endsheets. 11 x 8 inches; viii, 664 pp.; plates in color and black and white throughout. Light wear and rubbing, in all a sound example.
