This week's auctions of Fine Jewelry & Luxury Handbags on April 26 and Important Jewelry on April 27 saw determined competition throughout both sales sending the week's total past $6 million! The strong sales results for the stylish offerings in the Fine Jewelry category and dazzling pieces in Important Jewelry reflect exciting opportunities at all levels of value.

Highlighting the April 26 Fine Jewelry sale was a Taurus Zodiac gold pendant by Van Cleef & Arpels that captured the attention of bidders from coast to coast and abroad. Consigned by the Estate of Joan Reynolds Linclau, the stylish pendant achieved $20,160, many times its estimate of $1,500-2,000.
