Circa 1875
Designed by James Evans
Molded as ripe cluster of purple grapes, the neck wrapped with pink and yellow tinged green leaves, the angular branch handle entwined with vine, pink interior, impressed uppercase maker's mark and illegible raised registry diamond for 29 December 1875, parcel 6 and O, black painted 3. Height 7 7/8 inches.

James Evans (1818-1883) designer and head modeler at T.C. Brown-Westhead, Moore & Co., circa 1878. A variation of this form was also produced at Adams & Bromley.
