Minton 'Moorish Style' Majolica Circular Tray
Designed by A.W.N. Pugin, recorded as shape no. 678, circa 1862
The central flower medallion surrounded by relief-outlined flowering white lilies, the rim with a geometric cube design, signed with small impressed 3, diamond and triangle. Diameter 14 1/4 inches.
Augustus Welby Northmore Pugin (1812-1852) architect and industrial designer.
