18 kt., rectangular case, center square panel of Mughal-style red, white, green, yellow and periwinkle blue enamel of birds and floral and leaf motif on a blue enamel background, rose-cut diamonds, black and white enamel border, rectangular black onyx and rose-cut diamond thumbpiece, interior with mirror, make-up compartment with hinged cover, two hinged lipstick cases, signed Cartier, Paris, London et New York, no. 337, with French export mark and maker's mark, circa 1920, ap. 75.5 dwts. 2 7/8 x 1 11/16 x 3/8 inches.
