18 kt., signed France, NM, possibly retailed by Neiman Marcus, with maker's mark for Adrien Chobillon and French assay mark, ap. 3.5 dwts.

Founded by J. Chobillon in 1840, this firm only manufactured the Order of Chivalry medals until the early 1920s when Adrien Chobillon joined and increased the range to other medals and decorations. They are known for creating the Legion of Honor and the Bust of Bolivar of Venezuela. In the late 1970s, the company merged with Arthus-Bertrand, and produced works for Cartier among others.
