Jayne Mansfield (1933-1967) was an American actress, singer and sex symbol of the 1950s and 1960s. Mansfield has the distinction of being the first American Hollywood actress to appear nude on screen in Promises, Promises! in 1963. The 1960s saw her linked in affairs with both John F. Kennedy and Robert Kennedy. Her fast paced lifestyle came to a screeching end when she was tragically killed in a car accident at the age of only 34.
