New York: privately printed, 1914-1932. Many inscribed by Abbott in pencil. 22 volumes (all 19 volumes issued, plus two duplicates of Muskrat City and a disbound Camps and Trails), original birch bark pattern paper covered boards. 5 3/4 x 3 3/4 inches; 14.75 x 9.5 cm); woodcut illustrations and maps, plates after photographs, folding maps (Anthony Ponds, Fishing Brook, Wild Cat Mountain, Tirrell Pond, Raquette River, Pine Brook). Some rubbing to extremities, some nicks to heads and tails of spines, Cold River lacking the spine, another with losses, a few with the original glassine.
A complete set of Abbott's charming "Birch Bark" books, most signed or inscribed by Abbot.
