Publisher's green pictorial cloth gilt, in dust jacket. 9 3/8 x 6 1/4 inches; xii, [1], 366 pp.; folding map, frontispiece, plates, half-title, sectional titles. A few short separations and losses to the jacket, but overall an excellent example, the cloth bright, generally quite fresh internally.
