French, early 20th century
The first long and rectangular of black and gray cut steel beads worked in peacock feather design, silver plate chased frame, lattice beadwork at bottom, the second heart-shaped, with Persian style design worked in red, green and beige beads, elaborate silver metal frame with applied leaf forms and red stones.
Condition of first, very good, splits in lining, of second, good, some breaks in beadwork near frame.
