Mist - Dirty varnish. Frame rubbing. Wear along edges and corners. Minor damage from a tiny nail in the lower left corner and far right center (pigment pushed by nails from behind.) Eneven varnish is the sky - or glazing.
Sunset - Dirty varnish. Frame rubbing. Wear along edges and corners. Minor damage from a tiny nail in the lower right center (pigment pushed by nails from behind.) Several spots of old paint loss with restoration - in the lower right and lower left areas of the painting.
