Was reline. Frame rubbing. Dirty varnish. Craquelure throughout, heavy at times, resulting in a few old paint flakes. Paint is still lifting and flaking in areas of the sky 9few small flakes. Dulling varnish. Detection of inpainting difficult under UV light. Most likely overpainting.
