Dirty varnish. Frame rubbing. Scattered craquelure/puckering of pigment - heavier in the white of her collar. Difficult to detect restoration through the dulling varnish under UV light. May be some inpainting in the lines of craquelure at the lower center. Few tiny scattered paint flakes around perimeter of painting.
