Art Deco Platinum, Cabochon Sapphire, Sapphire and Diamond Bracelet
Platinum, centering an oval cabochon sapphire, approximately 20.50 cts., within a diamond-set frame of conforming shape, joined by openwork links, set throughout with 8 old European and 228 single-cut diamonds, approximately 4.50 cts., decorated at intervals by vertical bands of 20 rectangular buff topped cabochon sapphires, circa 1920, approximately 13.4 dwt. Length 7 1/4 inches.

Cabochon sapphire is lovely cornflower blue, with fingerprint inclusions, growth bands, liquid inclusions, not visible to eye, high luster. Buff-topped cabochon sapphires are light blue, good luster. Diamonds are I-VS.
