Canvas has been laid to board and the back of the board has been covered by canvas. Scattered craquelure. Original impasto has been flattened a bit from being laid down. Also has been cleaned at one time and some areas in the water have been thinned. Scattered inpainting: mainly in areas of the sky and lower portion of the water. Some inpainting in the sails of the center and right center boats. Some inpainting along the edges. There is a bit of a dulling varnish that makes the extent of the restoration difficult to detect.
