Frame rubbing with wear along the upper edge. There is a 1/4'' area of paint loss at the upper right. Scattered cracquelure throughout, particularly in the upper 1/3 of the work. Minor surface dirt. Panel is slightly abraded in certain areas. There appears to be some restoration above the watermelon though a slight masking varnish makes detecting of inpainting difficult.
