Frame rubbing. Glue relined; scattered cracquelure throughout. Paint surface is flattened. Areas of inpaint scattered throughout; most concentrated in lower area of face and neck. Earlier restoration evident in upper left area of face.
Evidence of mold in two circular areas on the verso (both roughly 3" in diameter) which correspond to areas of concentrated fine craquelure on the recto.
