Frame rubbing. Visible stretcher marks. Lined. Scattered cracquelure. Minor surface dirt.
Masking varnish. There is an area of inpainting in the column at the right as well as areas around the central figures and the minstral at the left. The signature also appears to flouresce slightly. Varnish makes detection of further inpainting difficult.
