Frame rubbing. Slightly yellowed varnish; could use a light clean. There is a 5 1/4'' patch on the pane's reverse at the left center edge with a corresponding split in the front of the panl. There is a 1'' s-shaped crack in the panel at the lower left. There is also a 1'' abrasion at the lower center.
There area few spots of inpainting in the sky, along the split mentioned above as well as a 4'' area in and around the deer at the lower left. Masking varnish makes detection of further inpainting difficult under UV light.
