Additional Notes & Condition Report

Head of a Man: Scattered creases; few water stains, particularly along the bottom edge. Scattered foxing. Two 1/2 inch tears along the upper edge; a 1/4'' tear along the left edge near the man's beard. There is also a pin hole at the lower part of the man's beard. Paper is taped to the mat along all four edges with masking tape.

Head Studies: Several repaired tears, the largest extending upwards from the bottom center edge roughly 5 inches. There aer 2 1/2'' tears at the lower right edge. Several creases, particularly along the upper edge. Scattered foxing and other dscolorations, most noticable at the lower right and upper left. Paper is glued to the backing at each corner.
