Not examined out of the frame. There is a large tear at the lower right corner (as seen in the image), which reveals tracing paper below the painted sheet. Slightly toned. There is also a 2 x 2'' tear along the right center edge. Other scattered tears and creases throughout, possible traces of water damage. Overall fair condition.
